Director
Abdullahi Yusuf is the Lead Counsel and Managing Partner of Abdullahi Yusuf & Company Advocates, with close to a decade of experience in Kenyan property law, conveyancing, and real estate transactions. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Nairobi.
His work centers on property law, conveyancing, and dispute resolution, particularly tenancy-related conflicts, and he advises both local and diaspora investors on securing their interests in Kenyan real estate, including high-value and complex transactions and the permits and approvals that come with property development.
General Manager
Ibrahim Matano brings over 16 years of experience across real estate, business management, and marketing. As General Manager, he oversees Milepark’s day-to-day operations, coordinating teams, implementing strategy, and supervising projects so that the work on the ground matches what clients were told to expect.
His background in property management, business development, and client relations shapes how Milepark approaches growth: practically, and with an eye on what actually improves service delivery rather than what looks good on paper.
